The Glenelg Public House is seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team.
This is not a production job. This is a craft kitchen built on produce, fire, technique and flavour.
We cook with intent — premium steaks, seasonal vegetables, handmade elements, and food that feels generous, honest and refined without being fussy.

The Role
• Run your section with ownership and consistency
• Prep and execute service to a high standard
• Maintain clean, organised systems
• Work closely with senior chefs on menu development and specials
• Support apprentices and junior chefs
• Uphold food safety, stock control and waste management
• Contribute to a calm, positive kitchen culture

• 2+ years experience in a quality restaurant
