We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced ICT Service Desk Officer to join our IT Team.
Reporting to the Service Desk Team Lead, the IT Support Officer is a member of the Finance and IT team with the specific responsibility of providing L1 and L2 support to users with respect to IT hardware, software and networks. The IT helpdesk officer is specifically responsible for Hardware, Software and Network support.
- **_Note, this role will require minimum 2 days per week in Colac, Victoria_**
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Record and respond to all incoming helpdesk requests as per ITIL/ITSM framework.
- Support Office 365 including exchange online, Teams, Intune, and Defender.
- Support Azure including IAAS, NSG, Conditional Access, Azure AD, express route, AVD etc.
- Identity and access management and conducting periodic privileged access reviews.
- Provide L2 and L3 technical support to internal staff and external contractors.
- Build images and validate of the standard operating environment (SOE)
- User onboarding and off-boarding.
- Setup and troubleshooting of mobile, Teams for audio and video conferencing.
- Support and maintain multi VLAN network infrastructures such as switches and access points.
- Asset management and tracking of all IT hardware and software
- Perform on-call out of hours support as required
**You will have**:
- 2 years of previous experience in supporting IT services in a manufacturing environment.
- ITIL foundation certification
- A recent Microsoft Certification with Office 365 is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 Operating Systems.
- Experienced with virtualisation platforms and Azure Cloud.
- Experienced with managing key server roles (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, etc).
- Experienced with managing network switches and access points.
- Experienced with using automation and RMM tools.
- Excellent communication (verbal and writing), presentation and negotiation skills.
- Driving license and a reliable car
