Enjoy exciting opportunities for career growth and professional development while receiving a competitive salary and benefits package.Reporting to the National Credit Manager, perform duties to ensure the efficient and effective collection from, and maintenance of, Volvo Group Australia customers while adhering to company policies and procedures, set targets, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) objectives.Key responsibilities include:Collect, reconcile, and maintain customer accounts while meeting set targets and Days Sales Outstanding objectivesPerform credit limit reviews, manage credit insurance applications, and ensure compliance with company policiesPrepare weekly and month-end reports, customer statements, and maintain cash flow forecastsInvestigate and maintain dispute registers, liaise with internal teams, and manage debt collections through to full legal statusBuild strong relationships with internal and external partners, including dealerships and banking teamsIdentify opportunities to enhance credit processes and drive efficiency Who are you? You will be a seasoned Credit Management or Accounts Receivable professional familiar with ERP systems like SAP. The successful candidate will possess:Experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or finance-related rolesStrong reconciliation and debt collection skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesHigh attention to detail and ability to work to deadlinesExperience with credit risk assessment and external agencies (preferred)Familiarity with PPS registration and credit insurance processes (desirable) What's in it for you?
