About the Role
We are looking for a talented and creative
Motion Graphic Designer
to join our team in Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics and animations across digital platforms, helping bring ideas, stories, and brands to life through movement and design.
You will work closely with creative directors, designers, marketers, and video editors to deliver high-quality visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and produce motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital platforms, including social media, websites, advertising, and video content
* Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualise and execute creative ideas
* Develop storyboards, style frames, and motion concepts
* Edit and animate video content using industry-standard software
* Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
* Stay up to date with motion design trends, tools, and techniques
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role
* Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially
After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
* Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, timing, and composition
* Experience with video editing and basic sound design
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Ability to take creative direction and work both independently and collaboratively
Desirable (Nice to Have)
* Experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar
* Knowledge of social media content formats and digital advertising
* Experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
