Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) is a 783-bed tertiary hospital offering a range of health services including the State Rehabilitation Service, a comprehensive cancer centre, purpose-built mental health unit, maternity, paediatric and neonatal services, and the State Adult Burns Service. FSH also delivers specialised services such as heart and lung transplantations and hyperbaric medicine.
SMHS delivers quality, safe, and effective hospital and health services within a catchment area stretching more than 3300 square kilometres across the southern half of Perth.

Role Overview
This role undertakes professional practice as a Senior Dietitian in accordance with the Dietitians Australia Code of Conduct, the Dietetic Australia National Competency Standards for Dietitians, the FSFHG Allied Health Credentialing Policy and Procedure, and SMHS policies and guidelines. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality advanced Dietetic services using extensive knowledge and specialist practice skills to a diverse and complex caseload. The role provides specialised Dietetic advice to other senior medical, nursing, and allied health staff within FSFHG in patient management, including inpatient and outpatient care. Additionally, the role involves managing staff within relevant specialty/service areas, supporting the Head of Department with operational and strategic management, clinical service planning, and driving clinical research and service development in relevant clinical areas.
