Based in the heart of Surry Hills (walking distance to Central), we are a team of 30+ passionate specialists. We are currently looking for a versatile, high‐energy professional to join our team in a dual‐capacity role, supporting both our daily office operations and our in‐house marketing strategy.
The Role
You will be the engine room of the agency, ensuring the office culture runs smoothly while simultaneously executing basic creative marketing campaigns to grow the Prosperity Media brand on a full‐time basis.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Culture
* Oversee daily office operations, supplies, and systems.
* Plan, organise, and lead internal team events and celebrations.
* Manage internal communications, announcements, and team updates.
* Help onboard new starters and ensure a positive employee experience.
* Be a culture champion, bringing Prosperity Media's values to life and keeping the office an energized, welcoming space.
Marketing & Social
* Own Prosperity Media's social media presence, creating and publishing content that showcases our work, culture, and industry involvement.
* Lead content creation and repurposing, including videos, visuals, blogs, and case studies.
* Build and maintain the agency's presence within the SEO and digital PR community, including LinkedIn, industry events, and partnerships.
* Plan, coordinate, and promote external events, including the Sydney SEO Conference (300+ attendees), industry meetups, and client‐facing activities.
* Track and analyse engagement metrics to continually improve social and marketing activity.
About You
This role is ideal for a proactive self‐starter who enjoys variety and isn't afraid to "wear many hats."
* Experience: 1+ years of experience in Office Management, EA work or Marketing work.
* Creative Skills: Proficient in Canva and video editing tools with a keen eye for design.
* Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills; you can handle "difficult" conversations with vendors and write compelling marketing copy with equal ease.
* Grit & Organization: You have the determination to see projects through, the ability to juggle shifting priorities, and a high degree of organizational "ownership."
* Tech‐Savvy: Comfortable with common office software and digital marketing platforms.
