Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Educator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate will be based in Darwin and will be responsible for developing content and delivering education to clinical teams across the Top End of the Northern Territory and supporting Central Australia when required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver education and training programs to our clinical teams
* Support the development of a learning culture within the organisation
* Provide mentorship and coaching to staff members
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals
* Travel regularly to remote locations within the Northern Territory
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Nursing and current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred but not essential)
* Demonstrated experience as a preceptor/mentor/coach
* High level of interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
* Current unrestricted driver's license and willingness to drive/travel regularly to remote areas
