**Position Vacant**
ZM Group Vic Pty Ltd is a construction company based in Melbourne. We have several new projects about to commence and need to recruit a skilled professional to fill the position of Wall and Floor Tiler.
**Responsibilities**:
- Install and repair various types of tiles, including ceramic, porcelain, and mosaic tiles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to specifications.
- Conduct waterproofing activities in areas such as bathrooms, showers, balconies, and rooftops to prevent water penetration.
- Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to complete tiling and waterproofing tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other tradespeople to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and industry regulations to maintain a safe working workplace.
- Conduct quality inspections
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
- Proven experience as a Wall and Floor Tiler with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- In-depth knowledge of different tile materials, installation techniques, and waterproofing methods.
- Proficiency in using tile cutting tools, adhesives, grout, and other related equipment.
- Attention to detail, precision, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging tiling and waterproofing scenarios.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Australia Work authorisation
