Are you a dynamic duo looking for your next adventure by the sea?
This exceptionally busy caravan park caters to visitors travelling through the regional area and a large number of FIFO workers.
We are seeking a couple that can fulfill roles across the entire park.
This role is based Monday to Friday, with the occasional weekend required.
The basis of the role is 60% housekeeping and 40% reception/administration/other duties.
Commence ASAP.
Casual Level 2.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and servicing of cabins and public areas including toilet/shower blocks, laundry, camp kitchens, and fish cleaning bays
- General grounds duties: mowing, weeding, weed-wacking, rubbish collection, sweeping, raking, gardening
- Offer excellence in customer service to park guests
- Assist with basic administration duties
- General front office reception: guest arrivals and departures, phone reservations, customer service, directing guests to sites, POS and money handling
- Covering the managers on days off and assisting with after-hours call-outs
- Other duties as required
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role or understanding of the industry preferred
- Excellent customer service experience
- Willing to work across all areas of the business
- Long-term commitment required
- RMS/Booking System knowledge advantageous
- Exceptional English
Pay Details
- Casual Level 2
- $32.31 per hour Monday-Friday
- $38.78 Saturday
- $45.24 Sunday
- Rate negotiable depending on experience and duties carried out
Accommodation: Onsite self-contained cabin provided or powered site if traveling with own caravan is included in your package
