Your role
As our Manager International, you'll lead the design, delivery and evaluation of a broad range of international engagement projects and capability building initiatives to enable Australian artists and arts organisations to succeed internationally.
What you'll be doing
* Overseeing the design, management and evaluation of initiatives, events and programs to increase the profile and status of Australian arts internationally
* Designing and developing outreach programs for artists, creative workers and organisations in regional and remote communities, artists with disabilities and artists of the global diaspora to engage internationally with active leadership in priority regions
* Developing a consistent approach across the team to provide strategic frontline international advice to Australian artists, creative workers and arts organisations
* Managing external stakeholders, resources and the delivery of activities that support capability building, artistic, market and audience development of Australian artists and creative workers and arts organisations in international markets
* Developing a communications strategy for internal and external international communications by working closely with the Communications team
* Analysing and reporting international statistics and data by leveraging and streamlining internal processes and reports (eg. Power BI)
* Managing and reporting on all project budgets and expenditure related to international activity and providing recommendations to the Director, International on appropriate level of investment and utilising evaluations to inform future investment decisions
* With the Director, International, developing strategic partnerships with a wide range of government, non-government, and private sector partners to extend investment, outcomes and access to programs and initiatives internationally and in priority regions
