We are looking to recruit passionate Registered Midwives to join our friendly team on the Postnatal Ward and Midwifery at Home at RPA Hospital
We provide care in the hospital and facilitate postnatal follow up in the home for women and babies living in the SLHD.

You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. The Registered Midwife is responsible for the provision of woman centred; evidence-based midwifery care that promotes identified health outcomes. The Registered Midwife will assess, plan, implement and evaluate midwifery care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Ideal Candidate
* Current midwifery registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
* Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team.
* Ability to work a flexible 7 day rotating roster.
* Understanding of evidence informed practice and critical thinking.
