About the Role
A Bricklayer is responsible for constructing, repairing, and renovating structures using bricks, blocks, and other masonry materials.
This role requires strong physical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work at heights. As a Bricklayer, you will be part of a dynamic team working on various projects across different sites.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to read and follow plans, and have a strong commitment to safety protocols.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Laying bricks, blocks, and other masonry materials to construct or repair structures
* Assisting experienced tradespeople on building sites
* Reading and following plans and specifications
* Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
* Essential Skills:
* Be self-motivated and proactive with excellent teamwork skills
* Have a great attitude towards work and be willing to learn
* Hold a current driver's license and reliable transport
* Have a CI Card (white Card) or be willing to obtain one prior to starting
