Project Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing schedules, and maintaining up-to-date tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with tracking and updating workload requests, schedules, milestones, and key tasks across multiple workstreams.
* Manage and maintain Jira boards and Confluence spaces, ensuring timely updates to monthly/quarterly cycles, actions, issues, and documentation.
* Organize and support internal and external meetings, forums, and workshops, including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and post-meeting action tracking.
* Define, execute, and maintain document version control, risk, and issue registers, and documentation in accordance with corporate governance requirements.
Requirements:
* Strong experience in project coordination, administrative, or PMO support roles, ideally within the energy sector or a regulated industry.
* Procurement and project management; financial/budget management, scheduling, and resource management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for documenting meetings, reporting, and liaising with stakeholders.
