About the role
As a Casual Breakfast Chef at the Mineral Springs Hotel in Hepburn Springs, VIC, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast dishes for our guests. What you'll be doing
* Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes to the highest standards
* Ensure all menu items are prepared and presented in a consistent, timely and visually appealing manner
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
* Support the Head Chef in managing operations during breakfast service
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry
* Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, presentation and plating
* Excellent time management and multitasking skills to deliver high-quality dishes during peak periods
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Passion for using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create delicious breakfast dishes
