About the Role: The SAP Support Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation of SAP systems for our client. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st level support for SAP users, addressing issues and inquiries promptly. Analyse user needs and enhance system functionalities to improve overall user satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions. Conduct training sessions for users to facilitate efficient system utilization. Assist in some project management responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery of SAP initiatives. Maintain documentation for support processes and system configurations.
