Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Inventory Controller to help ensure TCC maintains strong, compliant inventory management practices. In this role, you will be responsible for consistently delivering high-quality stock outcomes that meet both industry standards and our clients' contractual requirements. You will start your role at our facility in Pemulwuy that offers onsite parking and then move to our new facility in Kemps Creek by approximately the end of Q1 2026 (also with onsite parking).

The Hours of Work
Monday - Friday Day Shift Work
Typically 7am - 3pm (with variations to this)

* Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Excellent communication skills
* Works well under pressure
* Provides fast, accurate service updates
* Effective time management
* Advanced WMS and systems knowledge
* Strong planning skills with client focus
* Creative problem-solving for client needs
* Applies best practice to inventory issues
* Intermediate Excel proficiency
* Holds a current Forklift License (High Reach and Counterbalance) or a willingness to obtain with the support of TCC.
