About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Planning Consultant to join our team in Western Australia. This full-time role involves working closely with clients and a larger team to deliver high-quality planning services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation and assessment of development applications, scheme amendments, subdivision applications, and appeals
* Reviewing highest and best use for development sites
* Providing accurate verbal and written advice to clients
* Planning and development-related research on industry changes and trends
* Analysing client data and information to uncover insights and develop innovative solutions
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver strategic plans
* Preparing presentations and reports to present to stakeholders
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in government or private sectors. A WA car license is also required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential.
