Requirements:
* Specialist registration with AHPRA as a General Practitioner with expertise in anaesthesia
* Australian qualifications, immunisations/vaccinations, ID check, WA WWCC, primary degree, fellowship & CPD certificate (if applicable), indemnity, Medicare provider number, current AHPRA registration
