Child Protection Caseworker Position

Job Responsibilities:
* We are seeking an experienced Child Protection Caseworker to join our team and work collaboratively with parents, family members, children, and other stakeholders to ensure their safety and well-being.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing safety plans, conducting risk assessments, and managing complex cases involving high-needs and high-risk clients.
* Key duties include conducting home visits, engaging with families to develop safe and supportive environments, and providing assistance through interventions and supervision.
Requirements:
* A bachelor's or master's degree in Social Work, Social Science, or a related field is required. Near-completion of a degree will also be considered if you have relevant experience.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for building positive working relationships and collaborating with others.
* A valid driver's license and paid Working with Children clearance number are mandatory requirements.
