The Role: Working as part of a team, you'll assist with the day-to-day operations across all areas of the farm.
The work is varied and includes irrigation setup and monitoring, machinery operation, crop and general farm maintenance, and livestock work when required.
This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in doing a job well.

Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain tractors, implements, and irrigation equipment Assist with planting, spraying, and harvesting activities Support irrigation scheduling, water flow, and pump operation General farm maintenance, fencing, and workshop tasks Help with cattle work as needed What We're Looking For: Enthusiasm, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn Background in or genuine interest in agriculture, particularly irrigation and broadacre cropping Sound machinery operation or basic mechanical aptitude Current driver's licence Please note: This role is only open to Australian citizens or permanent residents.
