We're on the lookout for a warm, chatty, and genuinely helpful retail all-rounder to join our team in Williamstown.
This isn’t just a sales role — it’s about creating real connections with our customers, sharing product knowledge relating to home and lifestyle products, and helping grow our in-store and online community.
If you're someone who loves retail but also enjoys educating customers and sparking conversations on social media, this could be for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Helping customers feel welcome, understood, and confident in their purchases
- Learning about our products and sharing their benefits (in-store and online!)
- Assisting with restocking, visual displays, and general store upkeep
- Creating casual, friendly content for socials (Instagram stories, TikToks, etc.)
- Helping answer customer questions in-store and via DMs
You’re probably someone who:
- Has solid retail experience and enjoys being on the floor
- Can explain things simply and clearly — not just what we sell, but why
- Is confident and kind — you’re not pushy, but you’re outstanding at guiding people
- Is curious about ingredients, uses, and how products can improve daily life
- Loves social media and knows how to connect with an online audience
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Experience with Shopify, POS systems, or Canva
- Comfortable filming short videos or being on camera (even just hands & voice!)
- A love for lifestyle, wellness, or home products

Location: Williamstown (in-store only)
Hours: Casual/flexible, including occasional weekends
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
