What You'll Be Doing

As a Clinical Project Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of clinical trial execution—managing timelines, budgets, and quality across regional or global studies. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage directly with clients, and ensure every milestone is met with precision and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trials in line with contracts and regulatory standards (ICH‐GCP, local laws)
* Develop and implement integrated study management plans with core project teams
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
* Monitor project performance, manage risks, and drive resolution of issues
* Ensure financial success through accurate forecasting, budget control, and scope management
* Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
* Represent IQVIA in bid defenses and client meetings, showcasing our capabilities and solutions

What You Bring

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field (required)
* Experience: minimum 5+ years in clinical research, including 2+ years in project management in Australia
* Expertise: strong understanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory requirements, and therapeutic areas
* Skills:
o Leadership and team management
o Strategic thinking and problem‐solving
o Excellent communication and presentation skills
o Financial acumen and contract management
o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
