About us:Accountable for the co-ordination of clinical trials in consultation with the Clinical Trials Manager and the Principal Investigator and in accordance with the Guidelines for Good Clinical Research Practice (ICH-GCP) and the Australian National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Research Involving Humans and the laws and regulations of the Therapeutic Goods Act as published by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).The Clinical Nurse (CN) is responsible for a specific client population and works independently addressing complex situations while providing support and direction to Registered Nurse (RN) and other non-registered nursing personnel. Maintaining an up to date, evidence informed practice whilst facilitating optimal consumer care and outcomes.About the role:This role offers the opportunity and support for continued acquiring of skills and education. The nurse in this position works closely with the consultants of the service and relies on support from Clinical Trials nurses in the metropolitan areas. Building relationships is key to the success of this position. The ability to work autonomously is vital. Meticulous documentation is essential.
