As a Sales Coordinator
Liaise with customers to manage orders, deliveries, payments, and ongoing communication.
Work with kitchen companies, cabinet makers, and suppliers to coordinate forward schedules, deliveries, and payments for high-profile clients.
Manage the end-to-end customer journey, from order placement through to delivery.
Assist with web orders, ad-hoc administrative tasks, and support for Senior Product Experts.
Learn and develop skills across luxury retail operations, with opportunities for mentoring and growth.
You'll have
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong administrative skills, including email and Google Workspace proficiency.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Flexibility to work between our O'Connor (2 days) and Osborne Park (3 days) showrooms.
