Team Leadership Role
The Job Summary
* Develop and maintain a high-performing team through effective leadership, coaching, and training.
* Drive business growth by improving sales performance across multiple channels, including retail, wholesale, and design.
* Foster exceptional customer relationships by delivering outstanding service to our retail and trade customers.
* Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and establish strong trade partnerships.
* Evaluate and enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring consistency and excellence in all interactions.
* Maintain visually appealing store displays and adhere to health and safety standards.
This full-time management position is based at our Mildura location and requires working 10 days and 76 hours over a fortnight, including every second weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
You will collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store sales and profit targets.

Requirements
* Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
