**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Equipment Maintenance Coordinator to provide leadership and coordination of maintenance activities for our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire maintenance process, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Maintaining and developing relationships with customers
* Scheduling and allocating work orders for the maintenance team
* Roster management, review and approval of timesheets
* Providing leadership and guidance to a small team of maintenance specialists
* Ensuring a safe working environment at all times
The ideal candidate will have a trade certification as a mechanic or electrician, significant post-trade experience with CAT equipment, and strong people management and mentoring skills. You will also possess excellent analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to prioritize conflicting priorities and deadlines.
