The Role
As General Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of Edward Collick Home with empathy, efficiency and excellence.
We're looking for someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves, and who thrives in a leadership role that combines strategy, people management and compliance.
Edward Collick's General Manager will:
1. Ensure high-quality, resident-centred care
2. Manage compliance and accreditation standards
3. Champion quality improvement and safety audits
4. Oversee staff development, rostering, and team culture
5. Work with stakeholders across health, government and community sectors
6. Keep site financials in check and maximise funding opportunities
