As we grow, we’re looking for a skilled and energetic Logistics & Inventory Manager to help lead the engine room of our operations. You’ll thrive in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment where every day brings recent challenges—and opportunities to make a real impact.
The Role
This role sits at the heart of Tigmi’s operations, overseeing the full product journey from supplier to customer. You’ll manage inventory accuracy, streamline logistics, and ensure every order is fulfilled on time, in perfect condition, and with the level of care our customers expect.
You’ll lead a small, capable warehouse and logistics team, working cross-functionally with sales, customer service, creative, and production to ensure the operational side of the business runs smoothly. Your ability to adapt quickly, think ahead, and maintain calm under pressure will be key.
Most importantly, you’ll bring a customer‑first mindset—understanding that every decision you make behind the scenes ultimately shapes the customer’s experience.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock levels across all systems (Cin7, Shopify), locations, and sales channels.
Implement best practices in stock control, receiving, put‑away, and cycle counting.
Forecast demand in collaboration with sales and production teams to ensure availability of key products and materials.
Monitor product flow, identify inefficiencies, and make proactive improvements.
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
Manage inbound and outbound logistics for domestic and international shipments.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners to ensure timely and cost‑effective movement of goods.
Oversee customs, import documentation, and any compliance related to freight and warehousing.
Solve day‑to‑day shipping and delivery issues with speed, precision, and professionalism.
Customer Fulfilment & Service Excellence
Working with the warehouse manager to ensure exceptional end‑to‑end fulfilment for each client.
Liase with clients on order updates and communicate quickly and effectively on shipments
Oversee with Warehouse manager thorough quality control on all incoming and outgoing items.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure updates, delays, or issues are communicated clearly and proactively.
Go above and beyond to uphold Tigmi’s reputation for premium service and attention to detail.
Lead and develop a small team of warehouse and logistics staff, fostering a positive, accountable, and high‑performing culture.
Work cross‑functionally to align inventory, logistics, and production with sales and marketing initiatives.
Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and processes as the business evolves.
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years in logistics, inventory, or operations management—ideally in high‑end furniture, interiors, or a design‑focused retail business.
Excellent working knowledge of inventory systems (Cin7 preferred) and e‑commerce platforms like Shopify.
Experience managing freight (domestic/international), warehousing, and fulfillment operations.
Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
A confident leader and hands‑on doer who thrives in fast‑paced environments.
Outstanding communication skills and a natural service mindset —you understand how every operational touchpoint affects the customer.
Comfortable adapting quickly to changing priorities and scaling processes as the business grows.
