Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to take on the role of Maintenance Technician.
* Maintenance Technician will be responsible for carrying out minor refurbishment works, scheduled and reactive building and equipment maintenance, and repairs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong painting skills and be able to contribute to landscaping tasks as well as assist with event setup of college facilities.
About You
* A valid Working With Children Check – Blue Card is essential.
* Trade qualification in painting or demonstrated knowledge and experience to a trade qualification level is required.
* Knowledge and skills in building and equipment maintenance and repairs will be highly desirable.
* Applicant should have a working knowledge and history of applying safe work practices in a property management environment.
