to join our high-performing Finance team in Colac.

What You'll Be Doing:
As part of our Finance team of 6, you'll be right at the heart of our growth. You'll:
* Keep our numbers sharp across payroll, accounts payable and receivable.
* Deliver clear reporting, budgets, and cash flow forecasts that drive decision-making.
* Improve systems, processes, and cost controls to keep us ahead.
* Manage compliance across tax, super, and audits.
* Oversee asset registers and inventory across the business.
What We're Looking For:
We want more than a "back-office accountant." We want a proactive finance partner who thrives on impact and improvement. You'll bring:
* Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) + CPA/CA (completed or in progress).
* 2+ years' accounting experience.
* Great reconciliation skills and attention to detail.
* Clear communication and team spirit.
* A can-do, solutions-focused mindset.
