**You will be responsible for**
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction across all staff members
- Creating tailor made travel itineraries and selling travel products and tour packages
- Liaising with travel partners, including tour operators and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules and develop long term partnerships.
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team in your store.
- Constantly leading by example and motivating the team to hit their targets and ensure company profitability
- Sourcing products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism
- Managing budgets and maintaining statistical and financial records
- Manage and deliver point of sale marketing
- Overseeing the recruitment, selection and retention of staff as well as staff training
- Oversee rosters, payroll, administration and health and safety operations
- Organising targets, incentives, bonus schemes and competitions
- Dealing with disciplinary matters and customer complaints
- Organise, coordinate and oversee the successful rollout of Happy Travels event nights
**Required/ Preferred Experience**
- 3 Years or more experience in Tourism, Hospitality or Sales Management.
- HERO experience preferred.
- Travelled around Australia, NZ & South East Asia preferred.
- Australian permanent resident or citizen
