In this position, you will coordinate quality projects, activities, and processes as directed by the Regional QRS Manager, ensuring that all work aligns with organisational standards and supports continuous improvement. You may be responsible for leading specific portfolio areas, preparing high-quality reports, collating and analysing data, maintaining key registers, and overseeing essential quality and safety systems. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening governance, improving service performance, and enhancing client and staff safety. In this role, you will also accept accountability for your own practice standards, provide guidance to less experienced staff, and support delegated activities with professionalism and integrity. What We're Looking For: Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years post registration experience or currently classified as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife. Experience in data collection, analysis and report generation. Experience in project management including planning, development, implementation and evaluation. Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel.
