To be a Restaurant Manager, you'll oversee shifts to high standards, coach and inspire a team of 5-10 during service, and foster a positive working environment. You'll also need to run a medium-sized business unit, utilising your knowledge and expertise to drive success. The restaurant is a medium-sized operation, seating 40+ patrons at any given time. Locals appreciate their efficient service, whether dining in or taking away. In recent years, they've gained a loyal following through platforms like DoorDash, Menulog, and Uber Eats. We're looking for Restaurant Managers or Venue Managers with at least 1 year's experience in similar industries.
