ETS is excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Senior HSEQ Advisor to join our team in Melbourne or on the Sunshine Coast. In this senior, strategic role, you will provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to HSEQ Advisors across multiple regions and contracts. You will oversee operational HSEQ practices, ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and foster a positive safety culture across the business. The role also involves managing risk, incident investigation, audits, and supporting business improvement initiatives and requires interstate travel.
Qualifications & Experience
* Extensive HSEQ experience in high-risk industries (more than 5 years)
* Tertiary qualifications in HSEQ or related discipline
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills for operational teams
* Ability to provide expert HSEQ advice and drive consistent decision-making
* Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and coaching skills
* Proven experience in risk management, incident investigation, and operational assurance
* Analytical and strategic approach with attention to detail
Desirable Tasks & Experience
* Cert IV in Training and Assessment
* Experience supporting ISO certifications (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001)
* Implementing business improvement initiatives and system simplification
* Leading audits, corrective actions, and HSEQ reporting
