Customer Service Representative
Orascoptic
The Customer Service Representative compliments the Sales team in providing an exceptional service to all our customers in the ordering process, and also in facilitating after sales support and advice. This role predominantly services the ANZ Orascoptic business.
Responsibilities
* Provide an exceptional service to all our Kerr/Orascoptic customers, ensuring it is a positive experience every time.
* Invoicing and order processing direct‑customer purchases.
* Provide technical support and advice on Orascoptic product range.
* Maintain complete awareness of and compliance with financial rules, terms and conditions of sale, and any other relevant governing policies and guidelines.
* Refer non‑routine matters to the Business Manager, Warehouse Manager or relevant Marketing Manager where required.
* Process sales orders, quotes, returns, credits, warranties, repairs invoicing and any ad‑hoc requests.
* Handle enquiries from customers and the Orascoptic sales team.
* Undertake outgoing customer calls to drive sales.
