Bookkeeper and Account Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to provide exceptional service to clients across various industries.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely and transparent communication, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, developing reconciliations, preparing BAS statements and short-term cash flows, delegating bookkeeping work to appropriate resources, and collating various reporting materials.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with key clients to provide timely and transparent communication
* Oversee the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
* Develop reconciliations, including bank and general ledger
* Preparation of BAS statements and short-term cash flows
* Delegate bookkeeping work to appropriate resources
* Collation of various reporting materials
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a bookkeeping role
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
* Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
* Ability to plan and schedule ahead of time
