Job Description
Delivering high-quality care to the elderly population requires a compassionate and dedicated individual. As an Elderly Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical nursing care to residents in accordance with best practice nursing procedures. You will also serve as a team leader, offering coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team.
Key Responsibilities

* Act as Team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team
Requirements
* Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification
