Growing family painting business looking to hire a new Admin Assistant role to join our team.
Our office is based in Brisbane South.
The successful applicant will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Proven experience in accounts and payroll functions
- XERO proficient
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
- A collaborative spirit and willingness to support your team
- A minimum 5 Years of experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting &/ or Book-keeping
- Professionalism and discretion, as well as the ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
- Brief Knowledge of a Project Costing software an advantage but not a requirement
- Brief Knowledgeable in Fairwork policies and awards an advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 5 years (preferred)
- Administration: 5 years (preferred)
