SALES ASSISTANT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER $40/HR MONDAY TO FRIDAY Our client BOC supplies compressed and bulk gases, chemicals and equipment around the globe. The company develops safe, sustainable and innovative solutions for customers in many specialty sectors, heavy industry and medical environments. There is an opportunity for a Sales Relationship Manager to join their team. Originally this role will be based in the Blacktown Office for training and then transition to the North Ryde Head Office. This is an ongoing Casual position that can lead to Permanent for the right candidate. This is a Monday to Friday role with a minimum of 38 hours each week. Continuous improvement to Customer Service Responsible for proactively troubleshooting and service support improvement to at-risk customers Provide priority resolution of complex customer sales and account problems through coordination with the customer and internal functions. Proactively educate customers on our online capability and direct them to self-serve ordering, invoicing and query options Provide Safety, Technical and supply options and advice to customer base Feedback to the Marketing Managers and Product Managers on product and service offers Account Management Identify additional sales opportunities in existing accounts Increase the profitability of your account portfolio through effective product opportunities and substitutions, coordinating with KCE's Identify potential high growth accounts and work collaboratively with Key Customer Executive to win new business. Identify accounts where a joint customer visit with the Key Customer Executive may be appropriate and beneficial for the future relationship with the customer Business Development Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities in CRM Operationalise new business wins with new and existing customers through BOC and through Agents Utilise new offers and promotions to relevant customers Provide quotations on product expansions within existing customers If you are nterested in this role, PLEASE APPLY NOW
