Senior Leadership Role | Full Time | Aged Care
Clifton Community Health Services is seeking an experienced and values driven Director of Nursing to provide strategic and operational leadership across our clinical services.
This is a senior role for a confident clinical leader who understands governance, compliance, and workforce capability, and who leads with integrity, accountability, and genuine care for people. You will play a critical role in ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred care while driving continuous improvement and strong clinical culture.
Key responsibilities
* Provide strategic and operational leadership of clinical services across aged care and community health
* Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, NMBA standards, and legislative requirements
* Lead clinical governance, risk management, audits, incidents, and accreditation readiness
* Build workforce capability through mentoring, performance development, and succession planning
* Embed the Clifton Model of Care across all clinical environments
* Partner with the Executive Director and senior leaders to deliver organisational objectives
About you
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
* Minimum of 7 years senior clinical leadership experience in aged care, hospital, or community health
* Demonstrated expertise in clinical governance, accreditation, and quality systems
* Strong leadership presence with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
* Experience leading lifestyle, wellness, or client experience teams across complex service environments.
* Deep understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and person-centred care models.
* High integrity, sound judgement, and clear communication skills
