What We Are Looking For
* Preferred: Completed or studying towards a Diploma of Community Services or other relevant Diploma, or willing to enroll
* Ability to work various shifts: mornings, afternoons, weekends, sleepovers

About The Role
As a Support Worker in an Intensive Therapeutic Care, Significant Disability (ITC) model, you will:
* Support children/young people to achieve personal goals
* Assist in building resilience and navigating complex emotions
* Support connection to family & culture
* Encourage participation in education & extracurricular activities
* Transport and daily care as required
* Collaborate with clinical and casework teams with children and young people at the forefront
