The Opportunity
The Petries Group is a long-standing, family-owned business right here in Orange with our Mitre 10 Trade Centre.
We're a one-stop shop for tradies — big range, good gear, and people who actually know what they're talking about. Our job is simple: get the right gear to the right site, on time.
With deliveries ramping up, we're chasing a full-timer to join our trade yard & delivery crew.
What You'll Be Doing
* Working safely and looking out for your mates on the job
* Loading, delivering to site & unloading building materials around the region
* Making sure loads are right and turn up where and when they should
* Daily checks on delivery vehicles
* Helping out with stock and yard work
* Jumping in with customer service and sales in-store at times
What You'll Need
* MR licence or higher — mandatory (no licence = no go)
* White Card - needed for going onto job sites
* Forklift licence preferred
* HIAB experience is a bonus
* Physically fit — you'll be handling heavy and bulky materials
* Happy to complete a pre-employment medical to make sure you're fit for the role
What's In It For You
* $125 per week Driver's Higher Duties Allowance on top of above-award wages (for MR+ drivers)
* Full-time, steady work with a local family-owned business
* Very generous staff discounts on gear you'll actually use
* A solid team, with work/life balance
