We are looking for a talented Parts Coordinatorto join our team to support both internal and external customers, with the sale and supply of parts, ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently and with a focus on delivering exceptional customer support for our Tamworth branch.
You will make an impact in the following ways:
* Working internally with the whole service team including workshop, Field and PowerGen
* Organise Parts on Service work orders
* Assist with parts enquiries
* Allocate freight onto service work orders
* Monitor parts and service back orders
* Assist team with part availability and freight costs/quotes
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* Have previous parts experience in an automotive environment is highly regarded
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Be highly computer literate
* Extremely organised with a high level of attention to detail
* Mechanical knowledge/background is highly regarded
* Local Valid Drivers License
