About the Project
The Parklife Metro Consortium is working on an exciting new metro rail infrastructure project in Greater Western Sydney. This city-shaping project, delivered under a Public Private Partnership, aims to provide a major economic stimulus for Western Sydney. WeBuild, as a D&C Contractor member, will be responsible for the successful delivery of the design and construction elements of the project, and we are currently seeking a Data Analyst.
Skill Requirements
Proficiency in Power BI: Advanced expertise in using Power BI for analyzing and visualizing construction data, along with proficiency in Microsoft Products and PowerPoint. (Very important)
Data Analysis Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret complex construction data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
Database Management: Knowledge of database systems like SQL Server or Azure SQL Database for ETL processes.
Data Visualization: Ability to create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to communicate findings effectively.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with other data analysis tools and programming languages such as Excel and Python. (Very important)
Construction Industry Knowledge: Understanding of construction processes, terminology, and data sources.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to develop innovative solutions for data challenges.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills to collaborate and present findings.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
Project Management: Experience managing data analysis projects.
