Key Responsibilities:
* Managing reception area, including monitoring of business emails.
* Weekly Debtors, Creditors and Payroll processing.
* Administration of databases, including Workforce One and Xero.
* HR processes and record keeping.
* Internal auditing of OHS and QMS systems.
* Supporting our social media channels.
* Supporting two other offices in Tasmania.
* Ability to work closely with the General Manager.
Key Skills:
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Experience with Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Desired Skills:
* Minimum of Cert III in Business or equivalent industry experience.
* Working with Vulnerable Persons card (WWVP).
* Mental Health First Aid certificate.
