What You'll Do: Providing frontline customer service to all customers who visit our site Keeping customers informed about the repair process and estimated completion dates for their vehicles Handling telephone and email correspondence professionally and efficiently Supporting management with inventory, including parts, paint, and consumables Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs What We're Looking For: Proven experience within a Customer Service position Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to meet strict deadlines Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team Why AMA Collision?
