Fantastic opportunity working for a leader in agriculture and horticulture where you will be playing a key role managing end to end service delivery and outsourcing partners.
**Key purpose**:
- Facilitate the end-to-end service delivery alongside the outsourcing vendor
- Coordinate and manage support operations and ensuring service quality is always maintained at a high level
- Working as part of the IT leadership team; you will be playing a role in the supporting It services across the business including the transition of new services or changes to existing services across the global support structure
**Key responsibilities and duties**:
- Coordinating and managing all IT support (from quality systems, policies and procedures)
- Managing performance of outsourced partners against contractor service levels
- Building long term strategic partnerships with vendors and internal business stakeholders
- Establish service level agreements across IT where you will be implementing new projects / programs
- Long term strategies regarding It strategy and direction
- Customer centric strategy and mindset
- Experienced people leader and influential skills
- Extensive experience within IT and operations; ability to understand and work alongside outsourcing suppliers
Our client is seeking a leader in IT and operations who can support and champion service by bringing a strong understanding of projects and transition new technology into a BAU environment. This opportunity is initially a three month contract with extensions available.
