Qualifications Enrolled Nurse (EN) with 1-2 years of experience in community nursing and current AHPRA registration.Alternatively, a Certificate III or IV in Aged/Disability Care with a minimum of 4 years' experience.Proven experience in aged care, disability, or mental health within a community setting.Strong understanding of Aged Care and Disability Standards, as well as consumer-directed care principles.Current First Aid, CPR certification, and National Police Check.Working With Children (WWC) check or willingness to obtain.A valid driver's license and access to a reliable car with comprehensive insurance.
