About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Process Improvement, the Process Improvement Analyst plays a key role in supporting and delivering Field-led transformation programs and other projects.
The main goal of the role is to design and improve business processes that support the priorities of Field Services—focusing on better customer and employee experiences, increased efficiency and productivity, improved quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Document current ("as-is") processes by engaging with leaders and SMEs to ensure accuracy and quality.
* Analyse existing processes to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
* Design future-state ("to-be") processes aligned with project objectives, including workflows, system processes, and customer journeys.
* Facilitate workshops and review sessions to gather input and validate process designs.
* Collaborate with Field Solution Managers to align 'to-be' processes with accurate business requirements and digital solutions.
* Identify and communicate key process metrics for tracking post-implementation success.
* Proactively raise and manage risks/issues, working with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.
* Manage multiple initiatives, prioritise tasks, and keep stakeholders informed with clear updates.
* Ensure all process work complies with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
* Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
* Strong experience with Signavio and BPMN 2.0 is mandatory
* Proficient in Agile methodology (certification not required)
* 2+ years' experience coordinating multiple cross-functional projects
* 5+ years in process analysis, mapping, engineering, and customer journey design
* Skilled in executive-level presentations and effective two-way communication
* Proven ability to identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
* Experienced in facilitation, conflict resolution, and escalation management
* Strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and problem-solving ability
* Able to navigate complexity, take initiative, and drive outcomes in dynamic environments
* Excellent time management and multitasking across concurrent projects
Daily rate
Circa $700p.d. to $800p.d. incl super depending on your level of experience and expertise.
