Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
About this role:
The Field Service Engineer will provide hands-on user support, including troubleshooting and maintaining devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, IP phones), networking tasks within a Cisco environment, and collaboration with the wider networking team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hands-on user support experience, including troubleshooting devices and systems managed in an Intune environment
* Strong networking experience in a Cisco environment, and CCNA certification
* Experience providing hands-on support for networking, storage, and hosting teams
* Able to plan, execute, and report on technical maintenance campaigns
* Experience with Windows Servers, VMware, and Palo Alto firewalls for management and maintenance
Requirements:
High awareness of safety and strict adherence to safety protocols. Strong understanding of SLA requirements and a focus on meeting SLAs.
Additional skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving abilities.
